On the high, sunny ridges of the Canadian Shield, where birds of prey glide thermals and storm clouds rise, the fern fills the air with its warm, spicy aroma.

Ingredients: Sweetfern, Nettle, Red clover, Raspberry leaves. Burdock, Yellow Dock, Dandelion.

The description
General brewing instructions: heat water to 185 F / 85 C. Let steep for at least 3 to 4 minutes. Can be reinfused for 2 or 3 infusions.

Taste: Robust, full-bodied, spicy with herbs and cooked fruit, robust.

Gourmet notes: Tastes similar to black tea. To drink plain or with honey, and excellent with lemon. Don't too steep. May become tannic if brewed too hot.

Properties: Calcium, magnesium, potassium Vitamin A.

In case of medicinal use, recommended dose: Two tea bags in 150 ml of water, once or twice a day
